Shipping & Returns
- We are happy to accept your returns and issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging) and returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible. Final sale items indicated at checkout cannot be returned.
- To start a return, please visit our returns portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please keep in mind that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted! Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, however, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your item was sent in compromised condition.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges.
